We had an incredible time here! The location is absolutely stunning, right in the centre of the park, and we loved being able to see animals up close from the garden and terrace. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We felt right at home! The views of Mt. Kilimanjaro were breathtaking, especially from the rooftop terrace of our suite. We also enjoyed the delicious meals and the variety of options available. we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The staff team was great and lovely. The room was outstanding, good, and had nice amenities. Pleased it had a bathtub.

The breakfast was good and offered good choice of EXCELLENT food. Location: the hotel was next to bountiful wildlife including kingfishers, storks, lions, plenty of elephants, giraffes, reedbuck, wildebeest, Thompson gazelles, buffalos, hippos, hyena and lots more and the national park and a pond. It also was in the middle of jackson.

I recently stayed at Serena Safari Lodge for a wildlife adventure. The lodge's location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and offering clean, spacious rooms. The highlight was the swimming pool, and the buffet had a wide variety of delicious food. Watching wild animals pass by the hotel in the evening was an amazing experience. The lodge had a great infrastructure, with spacious bar and restaurant areas adorned with beautiful African animal murals. The staff were friendly and the accommodations were comfortable with great views.

I had an amazing weekend at this lodge, surrounded by gorgeous greenery and with wild animals passing by in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the quick response times and the complementary facts that were provided. The food was also quite good, with a buffet that offered plenty of options to choose from.

There were some aspects that were not as enjoyable. I was surprised to find out that the full board did not include drinks.

The free coffee and pastries in the lobby were a great touch, and the location near the national park was convenient. We also enjoyed the view of the wildlife from our room.

The Thanksgiving dinner was overpriced and lacked variety. The service was also slow during mealtimes, and we found the staff to be unresponsive to our requests.
